Honestly, I'm not sure I do. Part of me says I should just because he's fun, but then I remember how he was 15 minutes late and almost didn't pay for my one $5 drink. What do you think?

I'd give him one more chance. Maybe there's a good reason he was late that he didn't share? If you had fun on the date, it might be worth another shot.
I agree. I don't think being 15 minutes late to one meeting is a good enough reason to write someone off forever. Of course I agree that it's rude/annoying especially for a first date, but if you had fun why not give it another shot?
I also agree. You don't even know why he was 15 minutes late. For all you know there could have been a very legit reason for it. He could have been counseling AJ Feeley after an emotional breakup with Heather Mitts (or some other combination of random pseudo-celebrities).
I do know why he was late- his room mate's friend was coming into town and he had to make up the spare bed. Not really a reason to be late. Actually I don't mind if people are late, but at least call and let me know.
